Social
At Syndus Group, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy is built on the ESG framework: Environmental, Social and Governance. These three pillars are deeply embedded in everything we do—ensuring that our approach to responsible business makes a real and lasting impact.
Respect for people and fair working conditions is one of our highest priorities. We are committed to upholding both international standards and national legislation. In fact, we go the extra mile to foster a safe, fair, and respectful working environment for all.
Below, we outline the key focus areas within Syndus Group related to the ‘Social’ aspect of ESG.

Sustainable Development Goals and Syndus Group
Sustainable Development Goals and Syndus Group
The United Nations has introduced 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a guiding and ambitious framework for creating a more sustainable world by 2030. In applying the ESG framework, we consistently align our efforts with the Sustainable Development Goals that are most relevant to Syndus Group.

A people centered approach
A people centered approach
At Syndus Group, our people are our priority. In addition to offering robust employment conditions in accordance with the Dutch Metalworking Industry collective labour agreement, we are committed to fostering a working environment in which every individual feels respected, supported, and encouraged to grow. We place strong emphasis on employee health and wellbeing, as well as on cultivating a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. To support this, we regularly organise team-building initiatives and social activities, with our active staff association playing an important role in strengthening internal cohesion.
Personal and professional development is a central focus within our organisation. Through our online learning platform, employees have access to a wide range of training programmes and development tools. Whether aimed at enhancing technical expertise or promoting personal growth, we provide the space and resources needed to support continuous learning.
Our commitment to people extends beyond our direct workforce. We treat temporary staff, clients, and suppliers with equal respect and are dedicated to building sustainable, long-term partnerships based on integrity and mutual trust.
Safety as a Non-Negotiable Condition
Safety as a Non-Negotiable Condition
At Syndus Group, safety is not up for debate, it is an absolute requirement. We do everything in our power to ensure a safe working environment for our employees, clients, and suppliers. Our dynamic Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) serves as a key foundation, enabling us to identify and address potential risks at an early stage.
Safety is not a one-off effort; it is a continuous process. We work every day to strengthen our safety culture, actively encourage and value the reporting of unsafe situations, and ensure that all incidents are followed up promptly and effectively.
We also give full attention to social safety. Through targeted awareness campaigns and our annual Safety Days, we keep safety top of mind and continue building a safer future, together.
